The Jordan Airports Company (JAC) currently manages and operates “Amman Civil Airport” (ACA) and is entrusted to run any future airports in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. JAC at the moment endeavors to increase the level of services provided by Amman Civil Airport to meet international standards and achieve customer satisfaction. The company is also responsible for upgrading the airport infrastructure facilities and terminals to comply with the International Civil Aviation Organization’s regulations. JAC constantly strives to implement, maintain, and improve Amman Civil Airport’s Safety Management System-related manuals, plans, and procedures. JAC works through an Airport Master Plan that was created by Specialized International consultancy firms and which is constantly being reviewed. The company Invests in a model of Public-Private Partnership to secure sustainable revenue over the short and long-term periods. It is also worth noting that Jordan Airport Company has positioned Amman Civil Airport as an aviation education and training hub in the future.
